Brief description of the project

In computer-aided manufacturing a tool is driven with the help of simple mechanisms (for example pneumatic cylinders). In small batch production handling is possible using special instrument. Application of the offered tool for deburring allows to raise labour productivity 10-20-fold, to improve processing quality

Purpose

The instrument is designed for deburring, removing welding drops, barb, and other defects from parts surfaces as well as from surfaces of complicated forms. It is provided with device of precise tuning of cutting parts position and can be used by surface treatment with size fluctuations up to 5 mm.
