Brief description of the project

Krasnobashirskiy brick-yard specializes in making of red whole bricks of M 125 brand (semidry molding technology). The brick-yard’s capacity is 3 mln pieces a year. Its source of raw materials is keramzite clays deposit located right in the territory of the brick-yard itself. Taking into account the raw materials reserves, the brick-yard can continuously work for 50-70 years. The geography of the brick-yard’s deliveries is Magnitogorsk and the republic of Bashkortostan.

Development stage

The brick-yard includes an open-cast mine, directly the brick-yard itself (blending department, press and a tunnel kiln). The equipment functions since 1987. Deterioration of equipment is 70%.
