Dear Mr/Mrs,
   this is Elena Felloni from the export department of an Italian company, Cerbul SpA, which is specialised in the production of high visibility garments. So far, we have been producing garments for professional use, having as customers airports, hospitals, etc. in Italy, as well as abroad (especially Germany, Austria, France, Belgium and Luxembourg).
   
   Four years ago, we began to study the possibility to realize clothes and accessories with high visibility features for "private citizens". Our intention was that of creating items which can protect people who are on the road during their free time, the so called “week road users”. We noticed that, while there were already several types of high visibility garments and accessories for professional use, the market lacked of well designed and solid items for private use. We, thus, started conceiving a global avant-garde project concerning safety in the free time. We ended up realising a new collection composed of 6 sections:
   
   1) for sportsmen (joggers, bykers, rollerbladers - but some items are also suitable for simple pedestrians)
   2) accessоries for cars/dirvers
   3) for motorcyclists
   4) for children
   5) for owners of dogs/cats (i.e. collars and leads in fluorescent and reflective material)
   6) for people with temporary or permanent disabilities
   
   Even if we know that similar items could already exist, we believe that our certified and solid products can distinguish themselves thanks to their usefulness and style and our major plus is that nobody has developed a whole complete high visibility collection yet.
   
   We are now looking for sole agents in several European countries. Our distribution strategy is directed to wide chains of specialised shops or to department stores which reflect an image of high quality and which join free service to professional staff in each department. We need National Key Accounts who sell our different sections’ items all over Europe. The exact career brief we are looking for is: general agent who is working, but willing to leave his/her job if he/she find our proposition suitable to himself/herself. The agent we need has to work exclusively upon our collection, transversely to all sections.
   
   We wonder if you could be interested in our global project concerning safety in the free time and, thus, in helping us to find sales/importers agents all over Russia:
   · giving us information about how to find a complete agents' database
   or
   · giving us contacts information (names, addresses, phone, fax, e-mails) about sales/commercial/importers agents in Russia.
   
   Please notice that our products are certified according to European Norms EN1150 and EN13356 (for high-visibility garments and accessories). We have received the approval and recognition of our new line by some foreign companies and institutions, the German certification Institute TUV and the Swiss BFU. We have also concluded an agreement with the German Automobil Club, which has allowed us to use its logo: "approved by..".
   Besides this technical remarks, we have to underline that we have also focused on the design. This allowed us to create beautiful and solid items.
