The commodity certificates of origin registration

The commodity certificates of origin registration department carries out the SUCCI’s authority to make examinations of commodity origin and registration, certification and issue of commodity certificates of origin and of other documents related to the external economic activity, which are granted to the Chamber according to the RF law “On chambers of commerce and industry in the Russian Federation” from 07/07/1993 № 5340-1 and the Regulations of the SUCCI:

-         to make expert examination in order to define the commodity’s country of origin and the subsequent registration of results in the form of examination acts and experts decisions

-         registration, certification and issue of the commodity certificates of origin of the general form (in Russian and English)

-         registration, certification and issue of the commodity certificates of origin for the commodities exported from the Russian Federation to the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (ST- form)

-         registration, certification and issue of the commodity certificates of origin for textile commodities exported to the countries of the European Union

-         registration, certification and issue of the commodity certificates of origin for some steel commodities exported to the countries of the European Union

-         registration, certification and issue of the commodity certificates of origin for the commodities exported to the countries granting preferences in the framework of the General preferences system (A-form)

-         verification of the commodity certificates of origin issued by other CCIs.

-         Defining of compensatory materials outcrop on the temporal export of commodities abroad or on the import of foreign commodities to the Russian Federation for recycling
