Short description of the project

The project is aimed at creating a competitive system for diagnosis and repair of metal cutting machine guides. This system includes precaution measures and repair of the guides,  facility for strengthening, precision control measuring devices. The facilities and devices may be both stationary and mobile. Hardening is planned to do as surface strengthening with high frequency current.

Purpose

The system makes it possible to timely discover fault condition and to efficiently service and repair of the guides. The system includes guides diagnosis (control of the main precise parameters, measurement of wear and hardness features s. o.), repair (polishing, strengthening) as well as their onstream service.

Field of application

The main market for the units is repair departments of major industrial enterprises or repair companies, specializing in overhaul of metal cutting tools

Volume of effective demand

By the fourth year start the Company’s capacity allows to produce 15 units per year and their market price will amount nearly one million roubles. Respectively, by sale of even 12 units per year the volume of products sale will figure approximately 12 million roubles

Form of intellectual property protection and it’s owner

Getting a patent for invention in the cause of 2006-2007 is planned
