The South Urals Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-state, non-profit union of the enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region. Since 1992 it has represented business before the state, examined and certified goods, and supported regional trade at home and abroad.

Members of the Chamber receive 5–20% off most services, and certified translation stamping at no charge. Free counselling centres cover accounting & tax, innovation, foreign trade, environmental issues, marketing and business security.
The Chamber unites the enterprises of the South Urals. Membership opens its services on preferential terms and a standing network of regional business.

Leads the Chamber and chairs the Chambers of the Ural Federal District. An engineer by training and executive director of the Russian–Uzbek Business Council; Honorary Citizen of the Chelyabinsk Region.
The Council comprises 38 members — heads of the region's leading enterprises, banks and universities.
