Title of the project	Production of compact-convertible, quickly erected and transformable accommodated dwelling houses.
Short description of the project	An experimental enterprise is created for production of dwelling houses reasonable even for the most poor people by mortgage lending. Elements of a dwelling house are produced in industrial enterprise, compactly packed in parts of building construction and transported to the place of erection. Design makes it possible to transform living space into two double-room flats with garage, swimming pool, nymphaeum and a terrace on a flat roof Attached tower with stairwell made of metalware provides for normal access to all the floors and the roof of the house. Such a house is turnkey assembled by 6 experts in 6 working days. I.M.
