Processing of a broken glass into  glass foam

Short description of the project

The essence of offered technology of foam glass production is in pre-briquetting of foam glass charge using available technological clusters (liquid glass, cement, lime).

Sales volume of thermoinsulating materials in our region exceeds 100000 m³. Foam glass share may amount nearly 30 per cent.

Compression characteristics and those of compressed powder effect on the properties of glass foam packs are studied; thermalphysic and mechanic characteristics of the received material are defined.
