Brief description of the project

Project objectives

- replacement of the physically and morally worn-down wiredrawing equipment, preserving the current volume of output and sales:

- quality improvement of process wire and commercial high-carbon wire, by means of excluding the axial wire coiling at the wiredrawing;

- increase in efficiency by means of higher speed of wiredrawing of the direct-flow drawing machine;

- lowering costs of production by means of decreasing the rate of metal use, use of energy carriers, accessory materials, optimization of workers number;

- lowering repair costs and equipment maintenance costs;

- growth of profits by increasing the sale price by improving the finished commodity production quality and improvement of competitiveness.
