- General plan project of settlement Malaya Sosnovka has been developed; - General plan project has been approved by General Plan Projects of Settlements of Sosnovskiy Municipal District Examination Commission; - Sanitary and epidemiological inspection report of the general plan project has been received; - Legally provided procedure of seeking approvals of general plan project is in its final stage; - General plan project has been posted on the official web site of Sosnovskiy Municipal District Administration; - Preparations for public hearings on the general plan project is in progress; - General plan project has been submitted to state expertise. Of Phase 2, the capital investment project "Sargazy":

- General plan project of settlement Sargazy has been developed; - General plan project has been approved by General Plan Projects of Settlements of Sosnovskiy Municipal District Examination Commission; - General plan project has been submitted to approval in a due process of law.

Development stage

Of Phase 1, the capital investment project "Malaya Sosnovka":

- Technical conditions for connection to the electrical network, gas supply network, water supply network and water disposal system have been received; - Agreements for connection to the electrical network, gas supply network, water supply network and water disposal system are executing; - Statement of Approval for joining of a branch railway to the existing lines of South Urals Railway are executing. Of Phase 2, the capital investment project "Sargazy":

- Technical conditions for connection to the electrical network, gas supply network, water supply network and water disposal system are in receiving stage; - Technical conditions for traffic interchange renovation (federal value motorway М5 ramp) have been received; - Engineering of traffic interchange renovation (federal importance motorway М5 ramp) is in progress; - Terms of agreements for connection to the electrical network, gas supply network, water supply network and water disposal system are being discussed.
