Brief description of the project

Construction of crushing and sorting complex for producing of crushed stone made of gabbro-granitoids of Medvedevsky stone-mining field.

Location – 8 km westwards of Zlatoust city, Chelyabinsk region.

Production volume – 3,000.0 thousand tons of crushed stone per year.

Crushed stone grade 1400, coping forms – up to 15 %, resistance to frost F 300, usage – without restrictions

Development stage

Stone mining – up to 70 thousand tons/month., crushed stone production – up to 35 thousand tons/month. Mining engineering set: VOLVO, KOMATSU, Atlas Copco.

Constructed objects:

- Electric power lines 10 kW, installed capacity- 3 MW;

- access road IV category – 5.5 km;

- substructure of rail access to railway station Anosovo of South Ural Railway – 8.5 km

Employment size – 160 persons.
