Brief description of the project

The developed burning devices are turbulent gas jets () and those with central heated nozzles () differ favourably from analogous constructions in the best conditions of air-fuel mixtures, which leads to rational fuel burning by1,02 1,03  range of air flow rate, all other things being equal. The burners provide for stable burning: aperture angle of jet flush is 18,0 calipers and was 60 -90 calipers long Applying devices for twist of natural gas flow we can diminish the jet length.

Characteristics of the burners are confirmed by results of mathematical and physical modeling, as well as the experience of applying them in rotational furnaces in limestone and dolomitic works Magnitogorsk metallurgical industrial complex JSC, in Magnitogorsk Cement-kilning plant JSC and also by the results of actual test in sheet-rolling department 5 of Magnitogorsk metallurgical industrial complex JSC

Purpose

There were developed forced draft devices of different purposes: a burning device for bell-type furnaces of bright steel annealing with hourly consumption of natural gas per one burner equal to 15 m3; burning devices for rotational furnaces of limestone burning with 3000 m3 per hour;  the burning device for rotational furnaces for ferrous dolomite with 6000  m3 per hour consumption; ejectors for evacuation of burning products from working areas of bell0type furnaces (in western technical literature there are publication, concerning operation of similar hydrodynamic pumps based on Coand body using no mechanical operating parts); ejectors aimed for vacuum creation in plants for out-of-furnace petal processing

Volume of effective demand

Three burning devices are produced. The burners are used in rotational furnaces for limestone annealing (Magnitogorsk metallurgical industrial complex) and in such furnaces for ferrous limestone burning (used by  Magnitogorsk Cement-kilning plant JSC. Burners of the type based on central heated nozzles are introduced in bell-type furnaces of  in sheet-rolling department 5 of Magnitogorsk metallurgical industrial complex JSC
