Brief description of the project	Documentation package is developed for creating a complex which provides for binding finished products in a processing line of modern wire and section mills. The complex secures binding of all types of heavy coils formed nowadays, Speed of binding allows to carry out this operation directly in the processing line
Purpose	Binding of wire coils. The complex may also be used for binding packs of profile section iron.
Field of application	Wire and section mills
Volume of effective demand	The experimental prototype is mounted in 150 wire mill in metallurgical industrial complex in Beloretsk
