Brief description of the project

Notwithstanding the diversity of production technologies of new kinds of packaging for metalwear transportation  and storage, no modern packing that protects metalwear from atmospheric corrosion is yet created. In this connection inhibited packaging materials(paper and membrane) for diminishing metal wear losses are in demand. Nowadays expert study physical-mechanical  and corrosion-proof properties of packaging materials, containing different corrosion inhibitors. Results of research work are used by enterprises by choosing packaging materials for metal products conservation and transportation through different climatic zones.

Purpose

Cutting metal losses by transportation: possibility of secondary paper materials processing

Field of application

Enterprises for processing pulp and paper industry wastes.

Volume of effective demand

Due to preservation of aesthetic , commercial and functional properties of products the saving rate of the project is 1,5 million roubles per year.
