Brief description of the project |
The technology makes it possible to produce tools which can be used for cleaning of products from sinter, lubricants, oxide films and other kinds of dirtying. Besides, hogs can be used for coating of products with the view to make them friction, wear and corrosion resistant , to increase their running-in, antigrip, grip decorative as well as other properties. The equipment comprises device for winding hog frieze on a fixture; devices for frieze binding and cutting: device for assembly of hogs. Output: two hogs per hour (by 350 hog diameter). Price of the hog: 500-600 roubles per one piece. The area necessary for realisation of this technology is 30 m2. Number of workers - 3 |
