Title of the project

Radiant system of thermal acceptability for young farm animals in non-heated premises

Short description of the project

There was developed a system of local automatic heating of a heat insulated chamber (den) with new-born animals (the den for 10-12 pigs is exemplified). Heating is done with radiant heat generators  having soft infrared spectrum.

Energy saving is secured at the cost of diminishing the heated premises volume as well as of the heat released by animals

Innovation level

1. Patent for invention № 2088047 of July,14,1995 “film-type electric heater” (patent holder is the Ural branch of All-Russian scientific and research institute of agriculture electrification). The patent is terminated;

3. Patenting of 3 inventions is under way

State of being relevant

Experimental-industrial prototypes (totally about 100) are mounted in enterprises of Cghelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions.

Results of marketing researches show the demand to reach 700 complexes per year. Growth is possible at the cost of promotion to other regions
