The basic purpose of development of the MPD project is maintenance of surface and underground waters in a condition answering to the ecological requirements, establishment and observance of the specifications of maximum permissible harmful influences on water objects.

The MPD project takes into account the general information on an enterprise, characteristics of water consumption and water drainage, water drainage of waste water into a water object, characteristics of purification plants, analysis of background pollution of a water reservoir, calculation of the amount of surface waste water.

If you have no developed MPD project, then 25-multiple magnification ratio of payments is applied to the whole actual volume of formation of polluting substances.
