Brief description of the project

Russian energy program supposes the ever wider use of energy renewable sources, and above all the energy gained from biomass of cattle-breeding and poultry farming organic wastes. Small sized  bioenergetic plants  for farms and personal subsidiary plots, offered for production and sale will allow to gain nearly

250 000 large calories of heat energy from each ton of fresh dung, which is equivalent to 35 kilograms of standard coal, and also give organic Furtelisers with increased furtelising potential but without weed seeds and agents of different diseases of animals and human beings. The plants of modular type are industrially made out of metal, their operationability comes to 90 per cent. They work unattended and don’t require permanent watch. The plants cost range is rather high and approximately comes to 150-800 thousand of roubles. Total demand in such plants is not less than 30 000 thousands of pieces, that is 10 per cent from market demand in Chelyabinsk region.

Field of application

By more than 300 000 farms and personal subsidiary plots only 10 per cent of farmers, that is 30 000 of farms at most are capable of buying methane fermentation plant. The total sales amount will come to 9 milliard of roubles. If the sale of the plant is organised on terms of leasing all the work should be done within 10 years.

The owner of design documentation is”CVVT TITAN” LLC. Patenting is underway

Design documentation, technical schedule and regulations are developed; field tests on experimental units are held

We propose that investor should realise financing of the plants production and fix sale price. Profit from the sale will go to the investor. We accomplish follow-on, pre-commissioning after sale service
